2. Viewing the home page

When you view the home page, data are saved in a protocol file. We store the following data in this file for no more than three months: IP address, the name of data downloaded, date and time of download, data traffic volume, and confirmation message of whether the download was successful.

We only evaluate this data for the sole and exclusive purpose of developing our home page. If you request informational materials or subscribe to the newsletter, we may ask for your name and other personal data. You are free to decide whether or not to disclose this data. Your data will be stored on our highly secure servers. Access is only permitted to specially authorized personnel who are accessing the server to perform legal, commercial or editorial tasks. You have the right at any time to revoke the authorisation to process your personal data.

3. Sharing personal data with third parties

The data of viewers of the home page that are stored in a protocol file will only be forwarded to third parties if the BCCI is compelled to do so by law or by a court order, or if this is required by criminal or law enforcement proceedings related to an attack on the internet infrastructure of Data cannot be shared for any commercial or non-commercial purposes.

The personal data that you submit when requesting informational materials and/or when signing up for our newsletter will only be used within the BCCI. This data will not be shared with third parties without your express consent thereto.

Our home page also lists links to the sites of our partners or other service providers. We cannot guarantee that these service providers and partners will comply with data privacy regulations.
